I build
intelligent
products.

I'm Lu — and I help founders and product teams ship websites, apps, and agents that actually use AI well. No demos that fizzle in production. Just thoughtful, working software.

02 / Services

What I build.

A small studio doing a few things well. Every engagement is run by me, end-to-end — strategy, design, engineering, and the AI parts under the hood.

→ 01
Websites with AI baked in
Marketing sites and product pages where AI lives in the experience — search that understands intent, content that adapts, demos visitors can actually try.
Web
→ 02
Mobile apps with AI features
iOS and Android apps where AI is the interface — voice, vision, conversation. Native feel, real performance, on-device when it matters.
Mobile
→ 03
Custom agents & chatbots
Agents that take real actions — booking, drafting, deciding — wired to your tools and data. Not a wrapper around a prompt.
Agents
→ 04
Process automation
Identify the boring, expensive parts of your operation and replace them with AI workflows that ship work overnight while you sleep.
Ops
→ 05
LLM integration into existing products
You have a product. It needs intelligence. I integrate the right model, the right way, with eval pipelines so it keeps working as you scale.
Integration
→ 06
RAG & semantic search
Retrieval systems that make documents, support tickets, and codebases queryable in natural language — with citations, not hallucinations.
RAG
→ 07
Strategic AI advisory
Sometimes you don't need code. You need a clear-eyed read on what to build, what to skip, and where AI actually moves the needle.

Talk to my AI.

A small example, running live in your browser. Ask about my work, the projects I take on, or how I'd approach yours. Same primitives I'd use to build for you.

04 / Process

How we work.

Four phases. Honest scoping up front. Working software in week two. No mystery boxes.

phase 01
🔍 Discovery
Week 1 · Free
A 60-min call to map the problem, success metric, and whether AI is even the right answer. I'll tell you if it isn't.
phase 02
📋 Strategy
Week 1–2
A short written brief: scope, model choices, risks, eval plan, timeline. You decide what to ship in v1.
phase 03
🚀 Build
Week 2–8
Tight loops, shipping every few days. You see real progress, not slide decks. I work as part of your team.
phase 04
🔄 Iterate
Ongoing
Models drift, users surprise. I stay on for evals, tuning, and the inevitable "could it also do this?"

Things I've shipped.

A few real things I've designed, built, and run — marketplaces, a social network for gamers, and a real-estate site. Depth over a wall of thumbnails.

The Colivings

A marketplace connecting digital nomads with 130+ coliving spaces across 40+ countries — with an AI concierge, live community chat, and instant in-platform payments. Design, build, and growth by me.

The problem

React SPAs don't render content for crawlers by default — the entire catalog was invisible to Google. A marketplace nobody can search is a marketplace with no acquisition channel.

What I built
🔍SEO indexation

Prerendering across the whole app so every listing, country and city page is crawlable. Now doing 152K impressions and 2,700 clicks a month at 1.8% CTR — country queries dominate, with Spain the top keyword, so I built the taxonomy around country-first landing pages.

🤖AI concierge

A per-coliving assistant grounded in each host's own knowledge base — WiFi, house rules, directions, check-in. Answers guests 24/7 in any language, and cuts the repetitive questions hosts used to field by hand.

💬Live community chat

Book a room and you're dropped into that coliving's chat — channels, DMs, and the people already staying there. Community is the product, so it ships the moment you pay, not on arrival.

Instant payments

Checkout and payouts happen in-platform — no email threads, no bank transfers, no deposit chasing. €110K in bookings this year across Madrid (€50K) and Valencia (€60K) alone.

hooli.store

An artisan marketplace where independent makers opened their own storefronts to sell handmade goods — ceramics, textiles, jewelry — directly to buyers online. Design and build by me. No longer online.

The problem

Independent makers had no simple way to sell handmade goods online — either high platform fees ate their margins, or they had to stand up and run a full store themselves.

What I built
🎨Artisan storefronts

Each maker got their own branded storefront — profile, story, and products — set up in minutes, no technical work on their end.

🧺Product catalog

Listings with photos, variants, stock, and shipping — organized by craft category so buyers could browse by what they were actually after.

🛒Cart & checkout

A single cart across makers, with online payment and per-maker payouts, so buyers checked out once no matter how many shops they bought from.

🔎Discovery

Search and curated collections to surface makers, so a new artisan wasn't buried the day they joined.

Social network · Gaming

gg

A Reddit-style social network for gamers — a grid of games, and inside each one, the guides, forums, tricks, and discussions its community has built. Design and build by me.

The problem

Game knowledge is scattered across wikis, YouTube, Discord, and a dozen forums. Players ask the same questions per game with no single home where a game's community can accumulate what it knows.

What I built
🎮Game grid

A browsable grid of games, each one its own hub. Pick a game and you drop straight into that community — no noise from every other title.

📖Guides & tricks

Community-written guides, builds, and tricks per game — formatted, searchable, and kept near the top when they're useful.

💬Forums & discussions

Threaded forums and discussions inside each game hub, so questions get answered by people who actually play it.

🏆Votes & reputation

Upvotes and reputation surface the best answers and reward the players who share what they know — the loop that keeps a community contributing.

Real estate · Property listings

A real estate site where an agent advertises the properties under them — for sale or rent — focused on the Diagonal Mar area of Barcelona. Design and build by me.

The problem

An independent agent relied on big portals that buried their listings among thousands and charged per lead — with no branded home to showcase a curated, local portfolio.

What I built
🏠Property listings

Rich listings with photo galleries, floor plans, and key specs — size, floor, features — laid out to sell the property at a glance.

🔑Sale & rent

One catalog covering both sale and rental listings, filterable by type, price, and size so buyers and tenants find their track fast.

📍Neighborhood focus

Built around Diagonal Mar — map, area context, and a curated local portfolio, rather than trying to cover all of Barcelona thinly.

✉️Enquiries & viewings

Per-listing enquiry and viewing requests that reach the agent directly — turning a browse into a booked visit without a portal in the middle.

06 / About

Hi, I'm Lu.

40+ AI products shipped
1:1 · Senior · hands-on

Most AI projects fail for the same reasons. I built Luzhan to solve them.

Unclear scope. The wrong model picked too early. No plan for what happens after the demo.

I work alone, by design. You hire me, you get me — not a project manager, not an offshore team. I write the code, design the prompts, set up the evals, and stay long enough to make sure it works in production, not just in screenshots.

I've shipped AI features for fintech, health, B2B SaaS, and consumer apps. The stack changes. The discipline doesn't.

07 / FAQ

Common questions.

If yours isn't here, just ask the AI above — or send me an email.

01How much does an AI project cost?
+
It depends on scope, but most engagements land between €8K (a focused integration or prototype) and €60K (a full product build). I always quote a fixed price after the discovery call so you're not buying a blank check.
02Do you sign NDAs?
+
Yes, always. Mutual NDA before the discovery call if you'd like — I have a standard one ready, or I can sign yours.
03Will the AI hallucinate? How do you prevent it?
+
Hallucination is a system problem, not a prompt problem. I build with retrieval grounding, structured outputs, validation layers, and automated evals so you have measurable confidence — not vibes.
04I have an existing product. Can you just add AI to it?
+
Yes — this is half my work. I integrate alongside your team, respect your stack, and leave the codebase cleaner than I found it. Documentation included.
05What if I'm not sure AI is what I need?
+
Then you definitely should book the discovery call. It's free, and I'll be honest if a simpler tool solves your problem better. I'd rather lose a project than build the wrong thing.
06Where are you based and do you take remote work?
+
Barcelona, Spain. I work with clients globally — async by default, with weekly syncs in your timezone. Happy to fly out for kickoffs when it makes sense.

your project.
